Super Healthy Green Hummus

I love hummus, but the problem is the amount of oils added and the amount of salt that comes with it. When I eat commercial hummus or in restaurants, I have to limit myself to a small portion because otherwise I can quickly exceed my fat intake limit of the day. That's why I've developed a recipe for ultra low-fat hummus, much healthier, and homemade!

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup tin chickpeas
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Liquid Aminos
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Spirulina

Instructions:

Introduce the chickpeas in the food processor and press until they are pureed, add the garlic salt, the liquid aminos, the pinch of cayenne pepper and spirulina and keep pulsing until the mixture is uniform.
Serve on a plate and eat with pita bread or carrot sticks.
