Cauliflower Wings with Hot Sauce

Initially I thought about not uploading this recipe because it requires not-so-conventional tools, but I thought, well if I searched for these things and had the initiative to order things online, other people can. So here is my recipe for the "Cauliflower Wings" with homemade hot sauce.

Ingredients:
· 1 head of cauliflower
· ½ cup of Panko - whole bread crumbs.
· 3 tablespoons of wholemeal flour
· 3 tablespoons of Vegan Egg Substitute
· 1 teaspoon oregano
· ½ teaspoon garlic salt
· ½ teaspoon of salt
· Pan oil olive spray
- for the sauce -
· 2 tablespoons of sriracha
· ½ tablespoon of agave or maple
· 1 tablespoon of ketchup
· 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
· 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions:

For cauliflowers:
Cut the head of cauliflower into pieces, wash and put in the oven at 400 degrees F or 160 degrees C for 20 minutes. Prepare the Vegan Egg Substitute according to the instructions that come in the package. Add to that mixture ½ teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of garlic salt. Set aside in a bowl ½ cup of whole Panko and 3 tablespoons of wholemeal flour and 1 teaspoon of oregano. Mix.
Now, carefully, you are going to introduce each cauliflower in the Vegan Egg mixture, and when it is all soaked on the outside you will be dipping it on the panko mixture, flour etc. One by one until they are all covered.
Then sprinkle lightly with Pan Spray olive oil, and introduce them in the Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
For the sauce, mix 2 tablespoons of sriracha, ½ tablespoon of agave or maple, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until the mixture is even.
Then you can enjoy the Cauliflower Wings with the homemade hot sauce. That's all!
